Vineet Relia — portrait

Three decades climbing the corporate ladder — CTO of a BPO, then Managing Director of a ₹1,000-crore FDI-backed real estate company. By 2020, Vineet was facing 213 civil lawsuits, 11 criminal FIRs, and the tag of Accused No. 10.

That experience became the foundation for what came next. In 2019, he founded Inojo Interim Management, a boutique firm that multinational clients now retain when conventional advisors can't carry the weight. Inojo works in quiet — NDAs, sensitive sectors, situations that are never meant to reach the press, and usually don't.

He also serves as Founder and CEO of UrbanBriq Development Management, and as Independent Director on the board of the Indian subsidiary of a USD 1.2 billion Japanese multinational.

Relax, It's Only a Raid is his first book.
